BorderFox's House of Sniper Whores has been redecorated with a new map rotation. The full map rotation has been replaced with the following maps and in that particular order: ut4_uptown, ut4_tunis, ut4_riyadh, ut4_oildepot, ut4_subway, ut4_turnpike.

Last night we have switched the urban terror gameserver instances to the new machine. Update your server bookmarks, unless you are using server.digitalinsurgent.com then you do not have to do anything as the dns record has been updated to the new server ip address.

Because urban terror generates the player guid also upon the server ip address and B3 uses this to identify players for the statistics we have been forced to reset the databases and start the player statistics from scratch. For some this might be an unfortunate event, though it has been a long time since we have reset the statistics previously.

[DI] members will have to send their new b3 id to EViL to gain admin privileges on the server.

No first place this season (TS Season 6) of Urban-Zone Team Survivor, but proudly we announce to have won the sportsmanship award.

For next season we will have to check with everybody again about participation in the Urban-Zone leagues.

Regardless of position and awards, good work on arranging the matches and practice matches this season.

Two Years [DI] Another year has passed, [DI] Digital Insurgent exists exactly two years! Time flies when you are busy. We have won division 12 of the TS league of Urban-Zone. Up for a win of division 10.

As some might already read, heard or got to know in another way, [DI] is swapping their hardware.

Another server with the exact same hardware is slowly taking over services running on the initial [DI] server with the IP address 62.129.133.10.

During the migration some software running services for [DI] gets updated and/or slight changes in configuration or usage. During this migration the server changes of IP address, the old 62.129.133.10 will become 62.129.143.50 The new IP for the IRC bouncer will be announced later because we need to request a new trust for Quakenet which can take some time, and perhaps too will have some changes. The trust is to allow more then the default allowed connections per IP address.

The first services of [DI], the MineCraft server ( site link ) have been migrated already. The UrbanTerror servers will be migrated in the very near future. Until then, happy fragging.

Just updated the icyjumps server. Icy Galaxy has been removed and updated the Icy Unleased.

Finally, a week and a half into the Urban Zone SummerCup and we have finally played our first match. The match vs clan `teva consisted of a CTF on Turnpike and TS on Sanctuary. The first round of CTF we did quite well and managed to tie it 3 - 3. In the second round of the CTF map we lost control and lost the second part with 1 - 5, making it 4 - 8 total. Sanctuary we did better, and won the map 13 - 9.

This week we should be able to find some more SummerCup matches, and hopefully some bomb and week specific maps to get the extra points.

The time has come for ut4_dust2_v3b to be placed in the archives again, and we have removed it from the map rotation. We enjoyed the map while it was on, but it is really time for some changes on the maprotation of the sniper/pistol server.

At the moment we have not put in any new map, but more changes are to come. Some maps will be removed in the near future and one or more new ones will be added to the rotation of the server.

Any suggestions to new maps are of course always welcome and taken into consideration. Happy Fragging!
