Today we have reached a milestone of 5.000 unique players on the sniper/pistol server! Let's see how long it will take for the next milestone, 10.000 players! Happy Killing!

For the more computer minded urbanterror players, i have just replaced the server binary with the freshly gcc 4.5.0 compiled one. This file is also available on our download page.

Have to note, this is NOT the official source for your server binary. This is however the official urbanterror source patched with the latest exploit updates for your player safety. The binary is 32 bits.

A week and a day since the reset of the xlrstats on the sniper/pistol only server of [DI] and the kill counter is showing 50.000 again. Great work urban terrorists!

To celebrate this moment, and to satisfy the request of our regular players i have decided to add another map to the server. The new map rotation will be, Uptown, Turnpike and Dust2_v2!

This classic FPS map from counterstrike has been ported to Urbanterror already for quite some time. We think it deserves a place and chance on our sniper server as our bomb server.

Later tonight when the servers became empty, the servers will be restarted with a fresh new server binary compiled with gcc 4.5.0 (nerds cheer here).

Okay it seemed more interesting to make the ts 3 server 62.129.133.10:27964 a dedicated bomb server instead of combining it with team survivor mode for dust2_v2 only. The map rotation is initially: dust2_v2, abbey and kingdom. The roles of the teams will swap after 15 minutes of playtime. After a second half, the map will rotate to the next.

On this server the xlrstats are enabled too. Be sure to !register to be able to see them, and to balance teams if needed with !teams.

w00t w00t t00t t00t, finally the sniper/pistol only server has made it into the top 100 of most popular urbanterror servers according to gametracker.com. Slowly but steadily the server climbs on the top 100, and currently is at position 96. Our new aim is to simply keep it running in the top 100 and make another server climb just as fast as the sniper/pistol server did. Happy Killing!

Okay unexpected surprise perhaps, but it should be a good surprise. Seeing the improvements on the new b3 installation, made me decide to already bring up the b3 now on the sniper/pistol only server and resetted the stats instead of 1st of May.

Once again, you do NOT have to !register again. But you stats have been reset! In case you are not yet registered with our b3 bot, please do so on your next visit.

I am sorry if i shatted somebodies dreamscore, but to be honest i do not care!

Today the map rotation on the dust2_v2 server has changed. It now includes bomb mode!

The server has a 20 minute time limit. After 20 minutes team survivor, the gametype of the server will change to bomb mode. After 20 minutes the roles will swap for another 20 minutes of bomb mode.

The b3 installation for this server has also already been upgraded to the 1.3 which includes some needed fixes. On this server activity has been very low, therefor people that were registered users on the previous b3 installation will have to !register again, this includes clan members

The bastards! Again clan FAT won a match from the mighty digital insurgent. Hehe. Very nice playing with you guys. Rematch anytime!

Both maps started equally in score but [DI] lacked concentration on the last minutes of turnpike and took the advantage 23 - 17. The second map, uptown started good for [DI] but slowly lost that one too, 15 - 10. Making a total of 38 - 27. Digital Insurgent will start training more, and soon request a revenge match!

This is just a quick message to inform all you players on [DI] servers that the xlrstats will be reset in the night of 30 April to May 1st.

You will not need to !register again, however your stats will be default 1000 rating points again, 0 kills, 0 deaths.

However in the massacre i could not see who exactly made kill number 50.000 but CONGRATULATIONS!!

After a short admin period, the logical step followed. Lolfail now joined Digital Insurgent DI. Now our clan is 3 men strong. Bring it on bitches!

As most have you might noticed, the popularity of the Digital Insurgent Sniper/Pistol only server has taken quite a flight. Nearly in the top 100 popular urbanterror server on gametracker. Last night kill number 25.000 was made since b3 was installed and the server was launched. Now also counting 3500 visiting players from which some of them visit the server almost daily.

One more note on this, all i ask is not to call each other names. You can say fuck, but not fuck you. And above all DO NOT call each other noobs. Hate it.

Other news, we have one more admin, lolfail. Fear his fury. No simply respect his administrating Have fun, Kill all! Find the white rabbit.

Thought its time for another update. The sniper server is getting more popular by the day. Which requires more administration, more hackers to ban, wankers to slap, campers to nuke and more people to kill! As that is of course most important.

Done some small bits on the site again. So people can see work is really done... slowly but it gets done (i hope).
